In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD), I acknowledge that I have been informed of:
Who is responsible for the processing of my personal data?
BO SELECTED SL is the DATA CONTROLLER of your personal data and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the current regulations at the time of the contest.
For what purposes are my personal data processed and why?
Your data will be processed to achieve some or all of the following purposes by both contest promoters:
- Maintaining the relationship that the contest entails
- Managing and delivering contest prizes to the winners, for which additional necessary data will be collected, such as bank details
- Publishing your data in case you are the winner on fairs, the website, and Instagram profile of the organizations
- Sending commercial information (physical and digital) about products and services from both contest promoters
- Maintaining the post-contest relationship, unless the contestant expressly objects
How long will my personal data be retained?
Your data will be kept for no longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes of the processing. Specifically, they will be retained for 6 months for the purpose of administering the contest and managing the corresponding prizes. Additionally, they will be kept to ensure the continuity of the relationship with the organization and for sending commercial information indefinitely, unless the user expressly objects, or as long as there are legal requirements dictating their custody.
To whom are my personal data provided?
Your personal data will be shared, with your prior consent, with the entity GANDIA BLASCO S.A. with VAT number: A46011888 and address at C/ Músico Vert, 4, CP 46870, Ontinyent (Valencia) Spain, who can be contacted via the following email info@gandiablasco.com. They will act as a Joint Controller of your data and are also a promoter of the contest.
What are my rights?
The rights you have as a contestant regarding your data are:
- The right to withdraw your consent at any time.
- Right to access, rectify, port, and delete your data, and to limit or object to its processing.
- Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
Contestants, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or provided in download forms, expressly and freely accept that their data is necessary to fulfill their request by the provider, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary.
The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER and JOINT CONTROLLER are truthful and is responsible for notifying them of any changes.
The DATA CONTROLLER and JOINT CONTROLLER inform that all the data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If all the data are not provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will be fully adapted to their needs.
SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, the DATA CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under their responsibility, and explicitly with the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that appropriate technical and organizational policies have been implemented to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with the relevant information so that they can exercise those rights.
